Refund policy

 

All products are non-refundable. Any necessary exchanges can be made free of charge within 15 days of purchase date at our stores, or sent to us by post. Items must be in new, unused condition.

Paid orders' refunds are only available for purchases made using credit cards. If a refund request is received by 6 PM (ICT, UTC+7) on the same day as the order, the refund will be processed within the same day. If the request is received after 6 PM, the refund will be processed by 6 PM on the following day.

Please note that while we strive to process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, and it could take up to 30 working days.

การคืนเงินสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่ชำระแล้วสามารถทำได้เฉพาะการซื้อที่ชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิตเท่านั้น หากขอคืนเงินก่อน 18:00 น. (ICT, UTC+7) ในวันที่สั่งซื้อ จะดำเนินการคืนเงินภายในวันเดียวกัน หากขอคืนเงินหลัง 18:00 น. จะดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 18:00 น. ของวันถัดไป สงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับรายการสั่งซื้อที่ยังไม่ได้ส่งของเท่านั้น
